AccuFFPE DNA Preparation Kit
The AccuFFPE DNA Preparation Kit is a spin column-type kit that is the most universally known method for DNA extraction and purification.
The HiDeparaffinization Solution included in the kit minimizes DNA damage by removing the paraffin which leads to a relatively large amount of extracted DNA. This feature makes this kit ideal for amplification in the target region.
This kit can also be used to remove impurities (e.g. inhibitors, contaminants, cell debris, etc.) and extract highly concentrated and high-quality DNA.
