User Guide
1.
Fill the collection tube with saliva up to the red line (the saliva should not contain bubbles).
2.
Detach the funnel from the collection tube and add the blue preservation buffer to the sample.

Take the white tube lid in the kit and close the collection tube tightly.
4.
Once the collection tube is sealed, shake the tube 10 times to mix the saliva sample and the preservation buffer.
5.
Place the collection tube back into the kit and remove the protective seal on the yellow sticker underneath the front side of the kit. Make sure the kit is sealed well and mail it out to the designated laboratory for analysis.
CAUTION
Please refrain from brushing teeth, eating food (including water), chewing gum, smoking, and rinsing with mouthwash for 30 minutes before sampling saliva.
Before sampling saliva, gently massage both cheeks by rubbing them in circles. Remove lipstick and lip stains (tints).
